3D/4D Ultrasound And Tea Parties
| I will do entertainment ultrasounds and do a service. I will also sell stuffed animals and small items. I may also display other people,s items. ( i.e. Bedding ). I also will do small events of tea parties where I may have local caterer of make small items like cookies if possible. I need to check TN. Regulations. I will need employees eventually, but not for a while. The first thing to decide is what business entity structure to select. There is a sole proprietor, a partnership or a corporation or LLC. If you are a sole proprietor/owner, you will need a business license (business tax registration occupational business license). If you also use a business name to do business, you also need a DBA (Doing Business As). However, if you incorporate or form an LLC, you do not need to register your business name because the LLC name will be your business name.If you will sell any type of merchandise or item in small or large amounts, you will need a Tax ID (sales Tax License ). If decide to hire help, you will need a federal EIN and a state employer ID. |
